Cincinnati, Ohio

  • Aerospace Engineer
    • Support production of Composite Transcowl Assemblies for GE aero system parts & engines.
    • Review & provide Source Acceptance of all production hardware, spare parts & supplied tooling.
    • Interpret detailed eng. info and documents.
    • Investigate & closure of root causes & corrective actions.
    • Monitor design changes & ensure timely completion of production.
    • Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Eng. + 5 yrs work experience as Aerospace/Design Engineer.
    • US perm. Work auth. required.
  • Mechanical Engineer
    • Execute aerospace engineering projects for aircraft structures and nacelles.
    • Establish program plans and risk abatement plans.
    • Liaison with aircraft manufacturers and supplieres to ensure that communications and transmittal of technical data comply with established protocol.
    • Implement testing/validation/FAA certification processes.
    • Requires MS Eng. Degree in Mechanical Eng. or equivalent, and 1+ year(s) of work experience in the aerospace industry, preferably with Nacelles & aero structures.
    • U.S.perm. work auth. required
  • Aircraft Stress Engineers
    • Stress Analysis for aerosystem parts using engine pylon and strut analysis, NASTRAN, PATRAN, CATIA, and ENOVIA
    • Requires B.S. Mechanical Eng. + 5 years work experience as a stress analyst and/or Mechanical Engineer

North America Mid-West

  • Aircraft Stress Engineers (All Levels)
    • Proficient in Nastran/Patran/FEM and hand calculations
  • Aircraft Manufacturing Engineers
    • Experience in CAPP, SAP & PDM Planning systems will be an advantage.
    • Catia V4 / V5 knowledge is also advantageous.
  • NC Programmers
  • Structures Designers/ Mechanical Structures Designers
  • Mechanical & Electrical Systems Engineers Level 3 & 4
  • Aerostructures Catia V4/V5 Designers with experience in:
    1. Vis Mock-Up
    2. Nacelles
    3. Thrust Reversers
    4. Fan Cowls
    5. Inlets
    6. R.T.M.
    7. N.C. Machined Parts
    8. Tolerancing
    9. Sheet Metal Forming
    10. GD & T and/or ANSI Y14, 5 & Composites
  • Liaison Engineer
    • Nacelles & GE systems

North America North-West

  • Liaison / Program Manager
    • Immediate opening on our integration team at Boeing for 747-8 nacelle hardware.
    • Specific hardware responsibilities include thrust reverser structures.
    • Responsibilities include liaison between Boeing and partner technical team, on technical and program issues.
    • Coordinate interfaces, certification and testing requirements and data transfers (CAD and Engineering).
    • Requires detailed knowledge of Boeing organization, procedures and systems.
    • High level technical interface responsibilities (Chief Engineers, DERs, project managers, etc.
    • Requires technical degree.
  • Liaison Engineers
    • Experience in Nacelles, Piping, and Full Engine Integration

Dallas, Texas

  • Independant Structures Consultant DER's
    • (Both Electrical & Mechanical) with Composite experience.
